Good luck with it. Many will think that it's not a classic but I suspect that so few will survive that it will be in the future.

with the Maestro's ? Fair play to BT,Post office Telephones,Royal Mail etc for always buying British. Sadly,I spotted an Open Reach van,the other day,with a Fiat badge ! Always good to see POMM REG's Astra Max at MMOC National. Park it next to my Maestro at Kelmarsh. UXH,will also be there. A right good weekend ![frame][/frame]

A, non, one Marque, Classic vehicle event, Ford Transits,Ford Escorts, Simca van's,Minor LCV's,Anglia Van's, Marina van's,all manner of British light commercials built. Sponsored by Keksey Publishing,it looks to be a great weekend,with many clubs attending. But, first, the Kelmarsh MMOC National looms,with all our lovely Minors.

A friend of mine had one from new and it started to fall from day one and the main dealers were complete cowboys and when he went to get some oil for it they gave the wrong sort and they said they used to put any old oil in them when they came in for a service.

As an aside, I also drove a Bedford HA whilst on BT, though by that time they were in their last months of service......

I'd expect so. (Just got a Maestro saloon in for a back wheel arch/sill end rebuild. Nice that folk are saving these now too).
I'd need to see an inner arch photo or in real life to see what the ribbed pressings look like to see if I could do it on my kit.
