The BAS******************** got me in December ,still fighting for a refund .
The site looks so real,out to catch people
I'm mad about being conned ,and Embarrassed,but just to warn every one look three times before buying,or use the post

This came to my phone

Photocopy everything and use snail mail or face to face, too many baddies out there when it comes to money.

Don't feel to Embarrassed mate - only last Sunday l fell for a similar con "passport" on this site it did give a bit of info making you think it was a Gov site after completing online realised my mistake within minutes - e mail company twice - rang them three times first thing Mon morning - sent them a recorded del letter - and still awaiting a response !

So your not the only one this week to get the " P___ award " join me too

I started a dispute with the credit card company(they were ok ,and listened ,
and then threatened the BAS******* con men/women with the small claims court,after many emails this last one did the trick

Thanks ! have spoken to them and they are well aware of the con men ! but say they will contact them once the service purchased hasn't been supplied - so am now waiting for them to accept my complaint and try to assist me - prob along the same lines as you did just hope l get the same results - will let you know asap thanks for concern Dave
