Classic Car Weekly Morris Minor Article.

Post by Morris Mike »

I have just read the article in Classic Car Weekly about the Morris Minor.

Not a lot has happened to the car much since every other magazine, book and TV programme has talked about the model over the last 30 years or so.

But never mind there just may be someone out there who has not heard of this make of car, someone recently arrived from the rural depths of Romania perhaps. :D :D :D

I had to laugh to myself when the journo likened the Morris Minor to the Renault 4CV.
Owning a Morris Minor Traveller and a Renault 4CV myself I know what he means.

I can jump out of one car into the other and not notice any difference at all. :D :D :D :D

Come on who is he kidding, has he ever driven both models of car.?

If these scribes want to give a comparison between models of cars at least choose something similar.
Every one knows a Renault 4CV would leave a Morris Minor Traveller for dead after a fast drive along the B1664. 8) 8)
Well it may do when I fit the tuned Gordini engine in the car. :D

What model do you think is a good comparison.?
