New to MMOC
Hi there folks! I am new to the club and have recently bought a 1960 Morris Minor which is also my first car I am 17 soon to be 18 and have been interested in Morris Minors for ages and now I finally have one! I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on these car's it would be much appreciated I don't have much experience in car maintenance but am keen to learn from more experienced heads thank you.

Welcome to the forum. Search on google for a Workshop Manual to download - plenty of good Christmas reading in that! Any questions - just ask - we promise to be gentle with you....

Thankfully the car is very solid and there seems to be minor rust for now but hope to try a range of products to prevent or just slow down the rusting process

Thanks guys just joined the young members and liked them on Facebook took my morris out for a run today she went well started first time and didn't stall still need to fix the speedo still not right.

If you search online, you may be able to pick up the factory workshop manual (by far the best one) in either hard copy or CD-ROM format.
