Morris minor Camper

Post by PAULJ »

Hi all, Russ from the LCV register sent me a photo of a very nice Moggy camper seen at I think this years National. Has anyone else seen it and got any info/ photos of it. Do YOU own it ? Id love to see some photos of the inside.
Thanks
Paul

If its the one in the picture (at last years National Rally), then its owned by a member of the Barnsley Branch, Mick Coughlin.
I think he only finished building it for last years season. It's based on a 4 door saloon, not an LCV. If you PM me I may have Mick's email address, I'm not sure if he frequents this site, or you could get in touch through the Barnsley Branch.
I was rather interested in it as I'd been planning to build something along those lines. I even had a donor vehicle (traveller - lower floor pan in the back than an LCV and cheaper too!) and plenty of caravan parts lined up, but then the kids arrived on the scene and it seemed a bit pointless building a small 2 berth camper. Maybe one day..... :)
