Could someone say me how to equilibrate a door (i hope it's the good word ;)) I explain. The bottoms of the passenger door rub a little so i want to stop it.

Can we assume you mean that the door needs realigning so that the door gaps are as even as possible.
1st thing to check is that the door hinges are not worn to much, grasp the door when it is open and try to lift it with a rocking movement while looking at the hinges to see if there is any movement where the pins are.

to get the surface of the doors flush with the surrounding body
the hinges will allow the door to be moved inwards or outwards.
There is also some adjustment possible UPWARDS. If the door
gap varies from top to bottom then you can experiment by making
a simple cardboard gasket to insert under the hinge to move the
door away from the hinge pillar. When you have found the correct
thickness necessary then you can make up a metal gasket. If you
have worn hinges then replacement oversize hinge pins are available
from Minor specialists.

GLUCK.. I should also have suggested that you mark around
the hinge positions before you start adjusting them and that
you support the door on a trolley jack as they are quite heavy.
