Hi
Here are some pics of my first Morris which I am trying to put together over the winter and then drive it as a daily next year. My son is my very keen helper and we're making some progress!
All the best,
Tim[frame]

Thanks everyone. The van is a 1972 Commer Coaster called Duke. He sleeps 5 and a dog and all our holidays are sorted!

Can you treat us to a couple of pictures of Duke please? I have just bought a 1962 Austin J4 "Kenex Carefree" camper as my next project

We will have to start an off shoot "Classic Camper Club".
Yes I know what you will think, there is one already, a friend of mine is heavily involved in it.
He has the very rare mini based "Mongoose camper".
I do like the old 1960`s or early 1970`s campers or dormobiles.
A friend had a mid 1960`s Commer camper van,he sold it to a chap in Wales as it was getting unused.
They have so much more charm than these modern plastic huge vehicles you see on nearly every camp site now day`s.
Oh and good luck with your project.

Many thanks for those, Duke sure is a wonderful looking camper
Cant wait to get the J4 on the road, just as you probably can't wait to get the Minor on the road
Best of luck with the project and its good to see your son is so keen to help
