Busticated Bonnet Hinge- a wee plea!

I realise that this a very unusual request and that I am unlikely to find what I am looking for, but here goes anyway!
Does anyone out there have a 1:12th scale Morris Minor by Sunstar which is a write-off?
Several years ago I wanted a couple of these models but couldn't afford retail prices and a guy on eBay had a couple to sell! Apparently he was the guy who designed the packaging, so he had finished with the models and I got them at a favourable price. :P The white convertible, however, had a broken bonnet hinge and the black saloon a detached number plate. The latter is easier to repair than the former!!!
I then found another guy who had made a 1:12th scale diorama of a rotting, partially dismantled Minor in a yard or field or something using a Sunstar Minor. He promised to search his parts box and get back to me, but he didn't!
So, does anyone have a written off, badly damaged Sunstar Minor which is beyond repair? Perhaps the Rottweiler got it, or one of the children stood on it? Don't care what model or what colour. I'd be very grateful ( and surprised!) and will pay something for it plus the cost of carriage![frame]Image[/frame]

Don't throw the broken one, even if you get a good one, because it could be repaired with patience!

I was thinking more of a new metal end pinned in place.
