Hi, I have spent hours trawling the web and here for “Trafficators exploded diagram” in every configuration I can think of.
I would like an exploded diagram so I can try to repair one of my trafficators, It has a full short and it is not the winding, I think the insulation has gone between the live and earth, I have a feeling that when I take it apart it will fall to bits and I will not be able to tell where the insulation should go.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

PS
I did find a very interesting PDF file that is a Lucas training course some of you might be interested in

Very interesting book, thanks for the link. Lots of detail that I have not seen very often before, so I have downloaded it for future reference.

I downloaded another Lucas document some while ago called 'Lucas Fault Diagnosis Service Manual', and it covers some of the Correspondence Course, plus a bit more on fault finding, including a very useful section of identifying volt drops in the starter motor wiring. Nothing on trafficators though!

Does anyone know how can I make this manual 'downloadable'? I have a YouTube Channel, but that is for video only.

I doubt that 'copyright' can be an issue now? Could these be made into a 'sticky' so that they are easily accessed?

I have now created a 'Google Drive' repository and uploaded the Lucas Fault Diagnosis Service Manual into it. The link is below:

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3GLKow ... sp=sharing

It opens and allows you to view and/or download the document. To download it, either click on 'File' in the top left hand corner of the screen and then towards the bottom of the list click on 'Download', or in Windows 7/Internet Explorer 10 click on the 'down' arrow underneath 'File'. Choose the folder where you want to store it and click 'Save As' to complete the download. It's a pdf file so you will need either Acrobat Reader, Acrobat or another pdf reading program to read the file.
