Twin fuse units

Pardon my attention to detail but page 28 of the current Minor Matters shows a Charles Ware under bonnet pic with two fuse boxes, no regulator box (cos alternator conversion).

Has anyone else done this and what do you do with the former regulator wires?

If removing the reg you need to join up the A and A1 wires - and make provision for the alternator wires of course - a second 'fuse box' may be a neat way to do this. Often the reg is just left in place - no longer doing any regulating of course - just a handy place to join the wires and keeping the original look.
