Here's the MOSS diagram of what they have in that area.

The one that Stevey has shown from ESM comes with a lip of about 1/2 ' that goes up the outer bodywork, if you need more than that it will have to be made up from sheet steel. I had to do quite a big repair on my blue minor on the passenger side in that area using sheet steel.

This is the part from the original link, easily missed with all the other parts pictured;[frame]

I trust ESM will forgive me for using their picture.

Thanks for reminding me about the most hateful job I had to do during the restoration of our Minor! Even replacing the whole centre crossmember and the boot lower floor section across between the bumper mounts were easy by comparison.
The repair sections have to be let in to the existing quarter panel to produce a very long butt weld, and lots of opportunity for distortion. The advice I was given, and will pass on, is after tacking the repair section(s) in place, weld about 1" at a time, go and have a cup of tea to let it cool, then another inch from the other end and repeat the process until the whole repair strip has been welded in - I did the whole length on both sides! I used 0.6mm MIG wire with Argoshield gas and the minimum current setting to give full penetration.

If you are referring to the NEC Classic Car Show there isn't an autojumble, and although loads of "Morris" cars there are no parts suppliers.

Unless the show has changed there have never been Morris Minor "parts" suppliers.

The statement on the website states,
Quite frankly, if you're looking for a product or service for a classic car and you can't find (or source) it at this show, then it probably doesn't exist!
Happy Shopping!

Yeah but to be fair I have never seen ESM or the likes there, more 'universal' classic parts suppliers are usually there.

The 'parts' are all shown on the MOSS diagram - so decide from there what you need.....anything else you will need to fabricate from steel sheet.......
