Pinstripe colour?

Post by championdungspreader »

Does anyone know what colour pinstripe was used on the 1950s Dark Green cars?

Ray Newells book Original Morris Minor says Birch Grey. A friend has a 1959 2 door in dark green that has been in the family since 1960 and he says that it never had a coachline and most of its paintwork is original, his wheels are birch grey though.

Could have been done deliberately by the first owner if they didn't like the look of it.
