Van Brake Pipes

Does anyone have a list of brake pipe lengths for LCV use? I have the saloon ones and just wondered which ones are different from Saloon/Traveller/Convertible. I was going to add them to our information database on the Dorset Branch Website. Thanks

I think the only difference to a saloon is the brake pipe that leads backwards from the master cylinder and goes rearwards to the Flexi pipe union joint on the rear drivers side chassis leg, I think its longer on a LCV. All other pipes (the ones in the engine bay etc Im sure are all the same as saloons..

I'd agree with what Pikey says so just one needs measuring.

Apparently I posted this info a few years ago.
Have a search through although the details are below......
These are for a van so I believe the saloon are all the same apart from pipe no. 6. So whatever you have left over will be the saloon equivalent of this pipe which I think is part no. CBS104. I haven't physically measured these, the pipes are still nicely coiled but all info comes from the stickers on the pipes and the diagram that came with them. I think you can tie up part no's and descriptions with the ESM site apart from CBS146 (van pipe) which is listed differently for some reason.

If you are really worried about getting the lengths correct before you start then maybe cut some equvalent lengths of string for measuring up purposes.
