I just wondered if anyone ventures down to the South West of France for the Historic Racing Event at Angouleme later this month.?
Or any other times of the year.?

We will be down there in a weeks time and will be taking some friends along to this event who are motoring down in classic cars a few day`s before the event and staying with us.

I will also be giving them a guided tour of the many fantastic sights and places in the Dordogne region as well.

We are down there many times throughout the year. We are classic car enthusiasts so understand what fellow enthusiasts want from a hoilday.
We know many of the local car clubs in the region, the events that are held, and many fantastic routes, historic towns and places to tour around.

We were even toying with the idea of taking some Morris Minors down to the Dordogne so enthusiasts could fly over and hire one for a weeks touring holiday of the region during the summer.

You can stay in a lovely village in a great area. Drive around on very quite roads and the scenery is to die for.[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]
