Hi all

I'm new to the site and have purchased a 1966 Moggy 2 weeks ago. (Did have one years ago)

I'm taking so much pride in washing my Dove grey beauty and there are now so many new products on the market. I just don't know what to use.
I am using Turtle Zip Wax to wash her and using a chamois to dry her but I could do with some recommendations to polish her up and make her gleam. The paint work is mint for her 47 years and I do not want to use a T Cut. I just want something that is not nasty to cellulose paint and will make her shine up lovely.

Has anyone out there got any recommendations that they could throw my way?

I have also just bought Halfords Classic car 20/50 oil but never used this before. Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with this before I use it?

Thanks all, this newbie may well need some help over time. x :D

Aww Thanks Alex... Another Villa fan too :) :D

I have done so much digging on here and google and getting so many different options. I used to use the old Turtle wwax in the green round tin but you cant get it anywhere now. Think it's too abrasive anyway

I just want a decent polish with no cutting agent. Looking forward to getting her resprayed, although to be fair she is pretty mint as is.

Cheers re: oil too. It's all a bit new again now so any advice - please send it my way matey x
