Hi Dears All,
From some weeks ago my clutch's pedal from my Morris Minor 1969, is too strong I need To do press him with my feet with very hard effort!
My question is :
What I can expect from this? Big reparation with big expenses or is a easy reparation with small expenses?
Thanks a lot for your comments
Cheers
Carlos

Is your clutch still working?
Is the take up point still the same as before?

have you tried releasing fluid on the clutch pedal bar?

How is it with no return spring?
All it has to do is bring the pedal back up to the floor, not exercise your leg!

Hi carlos, its possible,if the pressure plate is the original, that its that which is causing the heavy pedal, they can stiffen with age and use, unfortunately no way of checking without replacing. One sign is to get someone to press the pedal while you watch the bottom pully,if it looks to move out excessively then it indicates the pressure plate is forcing the flywheel ,and therefore the crankshaft ,forwards before freeing the friction plate fully.but look at the aformentioned suggestions first.Good luck
