Hi guys,

Being trying to work out what the rattle was coming from my driver door for ages. Today I found out it was the window winder mechanism spring that has sheared off and so I need to replace it. I can only find full mechanisms and I would rather not have to remove and replace the whole thing as it's a fiddly process but I would just like to replace the spring. Does anyone know where I might get one from?

The usual minor suppliers may be able to help but I suspect that you need to change the whole thing not just the spring?
