wire for amp meter

just been and checked wire ...
its the same wire as fitted to my solenoid,
but, brown with white tracer :oops:

It's a bit out of focus...is it multi core or single core? Have you got crimp connectors to fit??

The table below shows the correct wire sizes for the complete range of Lucas ACR alternators:

Once you get over the ACR17 (38A) it's easier to use 2 smaller cables and connect one to each of the large Lucar connectors on the back of the alternator.

How many strands does your cable have and what size alternator?

hav'nt counted the strands,
and its a dynamo i have fitted :D
