Total Warrior

Hi gang,
I have been railroaded into entering a 10km assault course for charity with seven other people from work.
The charity is the Yorkhill Children's Foundation. The reason this charity was chosen is that our Sales Director's nephew was born with a Congenital Heart Disease called Fallots Tetralogy and was cared for at the Yorkhill Hospital in Glasgow. They did such a fantastic job in saving his life that we all felt that we'd like to help give something back that will directly help the children.
The assault course will be tough and we've all been in training for months now but if we need motivation to keep going, we just think of little Toby.
The event is this coming Saturday in the lake district and is called Total Warrior. It's probably going to be the hardest physical thing I have ever done in my life. The event info is here: http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/
If any of you kind souls would like to give a donation to the charity (even a pound will make a difference), then you can do it on-line here: https://www.justgiving.com/Ghekko
Thank you all for reading this and wish us luck!
