Yes but if it's a drivers seat you are looking for make sure you specify that to the seller as the drivers seat is adjustable and the passenger seat isn't (both are for sale).

Hi, I don't want to hijack this thread, but I assume a drivers seat will fit in place of a passengers; my wife needs some extra wiggle room to get in, and it seems like a drivers seat with the adjuster will slide further back, even if they're both mounted on the back set of holes. Is this the case?

Yes, the driver and passenger seats are the same size / fitting so will go either side.

The driver's seat doesn't go any further back than the passenger seat, having said that there are 2 mounting holes on the floor pan for the seats so you could always move the passenger seat onto the back one.
