will a marina saloon rear axle fit onto my minor van?,will the engine and box (1.3)also fit and will the marina propshaft need to be cut and welded?

The Marina axle can be used but it is not a straight swap. the spring mountings are wrongly placed.
The Marina engine will go in with a few changes (backplate & timing cover). The gearbox is not recommended though as it is bulky and heavy.
A 1098 box in top condition should cope with a 1300 engine as long as you are not a holigan.

Chopper get a copy of Owen Butons Marina to Minor book, most of its explained in there.

Chopper the Owen Burton book is very helpfull but dont bother trying to get the parts they advertise they dont do most of them anymore!!
