Hi everyone,
I have an D reg and an E reg Morris Minor 1100 which have both sat dormant outside for 25 years so they have seen better days. What would be the best way of getting someone to take them away for us or to make us an offer please?
They are in SE England and would be available for collection /sale from early August 2013.
Thx
Chrissy

Hmm - outside for 25 years suggest they will crumble to dust as soon as any attempt is made to move them....... Be glad if someone takes them away for free......

I did have an E reg 4 door that had sat outside , after being given it by a garage (maintained by them !! for a number of years - it was a runner of sorts ( that has now ceased trading (partners went to Oz and became gas installers ) , they charged by best part of a grand for repairs to MOT standard , It then got to Watford and engine refused to move up the M1 hot , cooled it down and drove back home , slowly, used it for a runabout , got it MOTd following year and after a chap had left sticker on it as looking for a moggie I sold it for £380 , oh well , I hope it improved after it left me ( tidy , clean , and the mechanicals - I didnt have garaging for it at the time I sold it ) So they can last outside.

mine has been outside all its life
Re: 1100 D reg and E reg
The thread says they are '1100's - which unfortunately rot whenever you turn your back on them.....At least - that's how I read it!

It says they are Minors so 1098cc I guess. Now advertised in the 'free' forum: http://www.mmoc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=50823bmcecosse wrote:The thread says they are '1100's
