two stroke disposal

Post by edd_barker »

Hi all,

I have some year-old petrol with two-stroke oil in from my outboard. It gets grouchy on old fuel so I need to get rid of about 10-15 litres which is currently in the tank.

Any reason why I can't lose it in the Morris? Bit at a time or just dump the whole lot in and top up with fresh petrol?

Cheers,

Edd

A bit at a time should be fine.

I add 2-stroke to my fuel for the car, but obviously not in such quantities. Administer as above, perhaps a Quart every empty tank.
