Windscreen Wipers Not Working

The windscreen wipers have packed up on the girlfriends Moggy, are there any good places to start to look? The fuses are all ok but it seems there is no voltage getting to the switch, i will check that tomorrow though as i cant remember the details. It has been a couple of weeks since i last looked at it :x

They seized up a few months ago but i cleaned the old grease out of the motor and repacked it with fresh stuff and it has been fine since. The wipers are stuck in the up position, and if i try to help them along it makes no difference :(

Disconnect the rack from the drive wheel - can you push/pull the inner rack ok? Does the motor run when no rack connected? If not - try new brushes......

There may well be no voltage to the switch as the feed is live from the fuse to the motor and the switch is earthed
Check the power direct from the fuse to the motor
