Poly bushes

Morning all, I have gradually been refurbing my traveller and have arrived at the rattly suspension. I've read opinion after opinion on how wonderful poly bushes are if they are not too hard, ok I'm sold on that opinion but where can I find a supplier who specifies the shore(hardness) rating for their bushes. All the regular MM spares suppliers will sell me every bush I need but they do not specify the hardness of the product.
I've rebuilt the engine(ex Marina) with help from an A series specialist, it's now bored out to about 1310 cc. with polished ports and converted for unleaded fuel. The camshaft is a fast street cam and a T9 Sierra gearbox, front discs and Marina back axle, although it's only done 300 miles it is nice to drive(apart from the suspension). There's no vacuum connection on the HIF44 carb and only one tapping on the inlet manifold, do I need to connect the breather to the suction side of the engine?
Thanks. George 68.
