Hi All
My 1960 Morris Minor 1000 4 door floor has completely rotten. Mechanic says this is dangerous to drive! Can you please tell me all the panels/parts I need to replace the complete floor? If you take a site like ESM as a guide for parts, then that would be good as I can cost as well.

Can I suggest you take some photos and post them here so we can see the state of the rot. It's always difficult advising without. It may well be that the rot has travelled up other panels (A and B posts? wheel arch) so more panels may or may not be required.

Have a good read through this excellent thread - to get an understanding of what's involved..... It won't just be floors - the sills/crossmember/chassis legs etc etc will all be rotten......
