any help with Van id (door)plate please

could anyone give me a link to where i could find a photo for a Van id plate please- the one that was on the door of the1970 gpo-telecom vans .........i have a replacement one from esm and i am ready to punch all the info onto it - .I think I have all the info/specs' for mine but i just wanted to be a bit clearer on the way they did them as mine is long gone .
Any help would be great Thanks .

PO engineers vans are;

MA-E5 ????? (F suffix after 294001)

Weights;

0.55/ 0.73/ gvw 1.20

Engine type; depends on year

Does this help? Under the word Manufactured there is written---Type approval---- I forgot to copy that bit. There are many fields left blank.

over 20 variations of these chassis plates, shame only BL is
available as replacements.
