Front wings are normally M1000 wings with the grille panel fitted over the top
You might be lucky and find a pair of Heritage rear wings of the correct shape or you will have to use M1000 wings re shaped
Any Series MM/II steering wheel with a keyway fitting from 48 - 56 will fit but wheels in good condition are expensive.
Your best bet will be the National Rally autojumble.
Could you please PM me the details of the car for the register

Good luck with your restoration, keep us up to date with pictures!

The steering wheels car be repaired, Stevey has fixed up a couple with some carefully applied areldite into the cracks and if it still isnt great you can always fit one of those leather covers until you find a better one.
