I'm sure we have been here before Sandun - IS THE DYNAMO CHARGING? We need volts reading with the engine running at decent revs - and again with the headlights on. If that is ok (14 volts) - then next time you leave the car - disconnect the battery, and see if that stops the discharge when you are not using the car.

yes - dynamo - I am sure - Dynamo and cutout fine and not wire short - my Battery when full charge 12.3v it fine work - but after 1 week ( not use car 1 week ) - cant start car again within one week - it drain soon - it is a95A battery - but when i start car by push or using starter handle and go round then battery work fine and charged - but with in one week can not start

It is NOT 'fine' - 12.3 volts is NOT a charged battery.... Tell us the volts with engine running at good revs and headlights switched ON. Must be ~ 13.8 /14 volts.

I think 1st i do charge battery - So dear friend i remove battery from car and give to charge for shop - the shop man says me it can not charge more 12.3 v - so i bring it and check volt it was 12.3 - but it drain wary soon - then i get advised from Battery company - them says me - remove battery from car and using a bulb Drain full the battery , after that loose the battery top all nut ,then useing 3A voltage charge battery 48 hours - I am going to do that - 1st i have to buy battery charger

If the battery won't take more than 12.3 volts.....then either the battery is duff or the voltmeter is reading low. Can you measure the Specific Gravity of the acid in the battery when it is 'charged' ? Measure each cell and report back. And can you check the voltmeter by measuring the volts on another car that is in daily use?

Well - the SG should be 1.275 on a fully charged battery - sounds like your battery is sulphated - or has lost some acid... You could try adjusting the SG till it IS 1.275 - but frankly, I think it's time for a NEW battery.....
