I am unable to garage my minor at the moment, probably for some considerable time.

Now ive read bad reviews on the stormforce covers, has any one tried a touchless car cover, more like a tent?

I just dont want her to deteriorate, so want to know the best thing to do.

I've often wondered about a permanent gazebo fixture to cover the car.

I bought one of the covers that DSN Classics sell. Supposed to be breathable but, in use, allows water in with copious amounts of water "wicking" all over the bodywork (I have a Traveller). I'm currently going through the process of getting a Planning Application in for a detached garage to go in my, quite spacious, front garden. I asked about putting up a temporayr Polytunnel (mentioned in the trhread Louise has pinted you at), but was told that this too would need Planning Permission.
If whatever you put up is to the side of your property, or to the rear, under currently relaxed planning permissions, you wouldn't need any - just if it runs forward of the existing face of the property.
The face of my proposed garage would be directly behind me (and to the right of the single remaing fence panel), in the signature picture.
Meanwhile, my paint surface has deteriorated (as it was a cellulose respray over Synthetic) and has gone blotchy .

I've wondered in the past what stops these 'tents' from blowing away in a strong breeze!

Surely a poly tunnel is a temporary structure, much like a shed and therefore doesn't require planning permission?
I would challenge this. (Or erect it anyway and stuff the bureaucrats!)

A few concrete breeze blocks, perhaps?

I certainly wouldn't use a polytunnel if it was very windy. The metal frame could get blown towards the car and do damage.
We only used one for a summer restoration job. They are ok if you have a very sheltered spot i.e. between a garage and a fence where the wind can't get underneath them.
