Tidy up welds
Hi, normally I use a flap disc to smooth welds, but on some parts of the car, the disc is too big. What do others use where space is limited, e.g. Is a Dremel-type tool any use?

Angle grinder for speed where access is OK.Otherwise weapon of choice is a power file, with a coarse belt to grind down those inaccessible areas, swop to a less coarse belt for final treatment.

Thanks guys perhaps I can persuade my wife to buy me a power file for an Easter present
I have another question - what primer and filler primer is best? How much difference between e.g. U pol or Autotek and some of the other brands? Is it just a case of you get what you pay for?
