You'll need 13 inch rims if from a Mini to fit on a Minor, not sure what you are referring to (Revolution, Minilites??).
Also, a lot of 'deep dish' or wide wheels will have an unsuitable offset for a Minor and will not handle properly or rub on the top trunnion.

I did once try my Minor with 10" Mini wheels - sat nice and low.......but the gearing was ridiculous....... 
The 13" Mini wheels are not suitable offset - but are the correct PCD. MINI wheels will NOT fit........
