66 Convertible Needs New Roof

Hi,
Hoping you experts will be able to advise me! Lots of questions for anyone who knows more about Minors than I do. (Guessing that's most people!)
I have a Morris Minor Convertible that I last used in October 2012 to take my friend to her wedding. I probably use it about once a year for a summer drive. Under a tarp or garaged all other times. Unfortunately, on the return journey from this wedding, strong winds put paid to the roof (massive tear)and it's been in the garage at her parents -in-law's house ever since. Near Canterbury, Kent.
It definitely needs a replacement roof and the wooden battens seem to be rotting so need to be replaced too, I would think.
Mechanically sound, but battery is flat. Bodywork pretty good and was MOT'd with no advisories last year.
Restoration project I bought from a neighbour 15 years ago and has about 40k on new engine. Old English white with red roof and pretty clean interior.
MY DILEMMAS and where I could do with some help -
Does anyone know who could replace the roof for me? Am I best to buy one and then take it along to a restorer, or should I try to find an 'all-in' service?
I understand it's going to take quite a bit of money to get all this done. (Bracing myself). So that leads me to the next question: what sort of money would I be able to get for the car in this condition if I decided to sell?
If you were in my position, would you restore the roof first or hope to sell on to someone who would take on this work themselves?
