Herald 13/60

I may have commited a crime but I needed another major engine part, the engine block for my restoration, a Triumph Herald 13/60 engine and gearbox came my way and was told was running okay some time ago apart from a water leak,it is more or less complete, yes I know it's a bit heavier but no more than a Marina setup and was very very cheap.
Has anyone had experience fitting one of these in their Minor's, I was going too upgrade the Minor with a 1275 head etc... but this is already 60bhp with no mods.

It's not an unknown conversion - but it is not the best of engines .......
