Stay or go? Value..

Hi all,

Its been on my mind for a while now, thinking that its about time I traded my moggy in for a new steed. I've owned her for just over 3 years which is the longest I have ever owned a car! Its been used daily, so its a tried and trusted car, never let me down (ok 1 time) and i've always looked after her, services, oil, grease etc.

Not 100% decided to sell, but i would be interested to get your opinions on its value;

1957 Morris 1000
Fiat Twin Can 2Lt
Cuy Croft head
Twin Dellorto's
Custom staineless exhaust
Disc breakes all round
Centreline alloys
JLH Dampner kit front and back
RS2000 Axel
Featured in Retro Cars - entered into car of the year 2010

Thanks for your help!

FP

Faceplant, all the other bits you've mentioned should fetch good money on Ebay sold separately. Those guy Croft books were going for over £100 at one point. Fiat 131 gearbox worth a bit too.

After much deliberation I've decided to keep Mog :)

Going to put a QUAIFE diff in and possibly upgrade to twin 45 webers

freshen things up a bit

Good choice with the Quaife - the 45 Webers won't be a significant advance on the Dellortos - unless the Dells have tiny choke tubes fitted???
