Car History (276 XUC)

Post by Simon Sawyer »

I have seen an advert for a morris minor 1000 with the registration 276 XUC. Can anyone tell me any history about this car?
Thank you...

Re-reg as London only went as high as reversed "G"
multiples,leaving "H" multiples for re-regd vehicles.
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

Is it just me that's confused?
There are no G or H in the number and no reference to London?

Essentially, 276 XUC is a re-registration.
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

"UC" is a Central London registration - we used to have an "S" reg Ford Fiesta ending in WUC.
