A rather rare machine there. As far as I recall, Marina Suntors were made till the late 70s by Torcars of Torrington, Devon. Then when the factory closed the rights were bought by Brownhills of Nottingham inthe early 80s and production continued for a little while into the Ital era.
As for value, its difficult as there are so few about. A tatty Marina Suntor would be a few hundred pounds, and I've seen a very nice one advertised for £2500 recently. I wouldn't have thought the later Ital ones would be different as they're not newer or different enough to have different appeal. And having said that Marina prices in general seemed to have gained rather in the last few years - the days of a tidy saloon for a few hundred pounds have gone and a recent ebay search found several Marinas, none for under a thousand pounds, some being a few times that amount. Taking that into account, the very rare motorcaravan variant should be at the upper end of the Marina price range, but it all comes down to someone wanting it enough to spend the money....

I would have thought you should be able to get that for it if it looks tidy, maybe even more. I paid £1300 for mine many years ago from a dealer which was too much really at that time, but I was that surprised to see one and I was going on a camping trip to Beaulieu autojumble in a couple of days and it seemd a lot more attractive than a tent!
Its probably now worth more liek what I paid for it, though it is needing some fresh paint these days.

Yes please! Think I've only seen one or two Itals in all the years I've had my Marina version. Definatley a rare beast as you say and if its nice its quite posible to make that much, with Marina cars heading in that direction.
