Can anyone help with tyres / wheels?

I'm not a Morris owner but I've just bought a lovely little trailer which I understand was made to go with a Morris and have Morris wheels on it. It'll also become obvious that I've not got much of a clue about cars so please be patient with me.
So the trails doing a great job but I'm worried because I've no idea where I can get new tyres for it.
The wheels have Morris hubs and the tyres are marked 5.20-14 and Dunlop Goldseal C41. Quick fit laughed at me
I want to take it camping which'll mean some lomg distance motorway driving and I think I need to either find a spare wheel and somewhere I can get new tyres or find a modern car wheel that will fit so I can swap the wheels, get a spare and find repairs at standard outlets.
Does anyone know where I might get a spare from and / or what modern car might have suitable sized alternative wheels?
Many thanks
Jon

You could buy 3 Rostyle wheels from an MG Midget, they will fit and are 13 inch and will be easier to get tyres for. Or buy an extra Minor wheel, there are usually plenty about and get 145 x 14 or 155 x 14 radial tyres, they are easy to get unlike the old 5.20 x 14 which are crossply.

I'm pretty sure it's unadvisable to have radial car tyres and cross ply trailer tyres.
when i needed trailer wheels and tyres i googled it ,lots sold them with 4 inch holes

I wonder about the age of the trailer tyres, they could be ancient.
I think there are codes on them that will tell the tale.

If the wheels on the trailer are the same as the wheels on the car then you can fit the same tyres as you have on the car, Minor wheels are easy enough to find. If you get a puncture on a trailer wheel then use the car spare. If you want to pay max price for tyres then go to Q/F.

I will shortly be selling the wheels on my van seen below
They are standard Minor fitment and iirc 13 inch you could fit your own tyres or the one on are quite good.
The reral issue here re tyres is, How much weight will the fully loaded trailer be? If it's NOT braked then it cannot be more then 750Kg laden.
How many axles has it got so you can work out the tyre load index req.
As said age of tyres is of cocern especially on trailers as they tend to stand for log periods. The "C" rating is commerciial (8 ply) they tend to fit these onto caravans and motor homes because of the weight and they stand being stood a bit better allegedly!

Those look like Midget Rostyles - but I may be wrong.

They are. When he said 'standard minor fitment', he just means they fit onto a standard minor
