Door card repairs
I am sure this has been done before but - I had a very distorted door card through years of use and I guess water ingress but the material is in good condition. Removed from car door, cut away plastic waterproof backing 10cm in and around three sides. placed card face down on a flat board, wiped card over with a sponge of hot water, placed another board on top large enough to cover but small enough to fit without having to remove all those trim clips.Place heavy weights on board (large bottles of drinking water) and left for 24hrs. Result card now quite flat again and looking good, re-taped plastic backing and re-fitted to door. Cost zero
