Hi,I Just finished making new front door cards today, but cannot figure out how the rear ones are made!! The old ones are too badly distorted to make a template. Is there anywhere that sells Just the replacement backing without gthe vinyl,or is there a pattern I can work from? Thanks! :P[frame]Image[/frame]

Have you tried screwing the door card down to a piece of wood? You should be able to get it flat enough to make a template

Blueminor, I moistened sections of the backs of my rear cards with a wet cloth then clamped the wrinkled areas between two pieces of wood for a few days. The moisture seems to soften the board so that clamping straightens it out. Leaving it clamped until it dries out seems to hold the shape. It isn't perfect but the cards look better than how they were. Otherwise, look on ebay for a decent set to use as donors. I've seen good cards listed for £5 that haven't sold.
