Morris Minor Owners Club

A car show is held every year in the Ballroom of the Slieve Donard Hotel in Newcastle County Down and the proceeds raised go towards Cancer Charities. This year it will open on Friday 25th January, all day Saturday and finish on Sunday 26th January. Theres usually about 40 cars, some very classy machinery and also every day classics. Ive been asked to show my traveller at it this year

Thanks for reminding me about this. I got it into my head it was on end of february. Very good about your traveller, don't forget the autoglym. I think am off that weekend so will see what happens.

Hope you have a great time David - Slieve Donard is a fantastic hotel - I stayed there a few years ago when I was speaking at a conference and had a great time. This shows on this weekend if anyones in the area. I left the traveller down on Thursday, it needed washed again by the time I got to Newcastle, but there was already a very impressive gathering of cars.[frame][/frame]

I really hope it doesnt leak oil and stain on that nice expensive carpet.......

Ive just got a fancy new phone and couldnt work out how to load it on to the pc, then realised I could load it to facebook, save and copy it, Im finally moving into the technical age......

This A35 was a barn find in june 2012 in Co Tyrone, it was dry stored and a non runner for 51 years (as plaque descripts) [frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame]

Great show, and yes the Traveller did leave calling card.. a nice wee puddle!!! You should have heard the rip out of the stainless exhaust in the ball room!!!!
