Never wanted to venture into this subject, but;
I'm helping James Mercer find the TRUE identity of his 1960/1 2dr saloon.
Normal identity numbers are unavailable - either removed/defaced.
So, we're looking to match the ONLY numbers we have, the engine/gearbox.
Therefore, PLEASE pm or e-mail me on pommreg@gmail.com if you have a 1960/61 car with a "Heritage Certificate", OR you know the vehicle retains its original engine/gearbox.
Even just the FIRST 3 digits of the chassis/body/engine & gearbox will be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks
Chris Stevens

Re: Gearbox numbers
Chris
Not a 60/1 but do have a heritage cert for an April 59 convertible - original engine was 9M-U-H/305648 and gearbox 2099. Just to narrow things down a bit. Good luck
