Enameled Morris Badges

As a part of my current Morris Minor Traveler project, I'd like to get some die-forged enameled badges made up in the style shown. They will go on my car as wheel center caps. They'll be 1.875" diameter and will cost somewhere in the region of 12 - 15 GBP each. My problem is that I need 4 but the minimum order is 50! Would any MMOC members be interested? If there's a decent response I'll go ahead with the order.[frame]Image[/frame]

Lambrettalad...I don't think that you have to order 4, you can probably order just one.
Texas.. What is your location?

Mike you need 4 as they're "wheel centres"! Nice idea, but a bit steep on price.

The hub caps already have a centre - with M embossed in it.... These are £58 too expensive for me !

You do not have to use them as wheel centres, you could hang it on the wall :)

It's less than 2'' diameter, maybe a dolls house wall! :D

It might be worth looking at embossed plastic instead of die-cast metal and made in China will bring the price and minimum order down significantly.

Good news, I got the formal quote to make these badges and the price per unit is $7.50, which at current rates is about 5GBP. This is way cheaper than his estimate because the die-form was cheaper than he first thought. I'm going ahead and ordering 50, so it anyone wants them, let me know, I'll be keeping six, four for the minilite wheel centers, one for the steering wheel, and one for the oil fill cap. They'll be ready in 2-3 weeks. The final diameter has been adjusted slightly to 1.75", or 44mm.
To answer one question, I'm based in Texas.
I hope to get my Traveler finished and shipped over to UK in time for September's Traveler celebrations (subject to the vagaries of UK Customs of course!)
