For me, Christmas is as much a time of reflection as well as celebration. Reflection because there will always be someone, somewhere who is feeling low, or in pain and hurting both physically or emotionally. There will be friends you didn't see enough of in the past year, and good people who are no longer with us to enjoy the future.
No matter what leads you to reflect this Christmas and New Year, here's a piece of great advice - in the form of an anecdote - from Chief of Staff Leo McGarry to his deputy Josh Lyman in TV's fictional US Presidency - 'The West Wing'. It also just happened to be an episode set at Christmas. It's a great episode if you get chance to watch the full show.
Here's wishing all my fellow forum -ites a very Merry Christmas and a happy, prosperous peaceful and trouble free New Year with your Minor in whtever condition it is in. Don't forget to be 'Joe' to someone in 2013

By the way - Christmas sweaters are back in fashion this year so look pleased when you get one!!
