Steering rack rubber bellows
Just noticed one of my bellows have parted company with the rack, so I need to replace asap. Does anyone know if it can be replaced insitu or do you have to take the whole rack off. Looks as if it has never been off before (1961 948) Currently plastered in black underseal. Is it better to refill with oil or grease?

If it's just slipped off and not torn you can put them back on using cable ties to hold them on.
