Use something with a broad blade like a brick bolster and open the gutter up a little at a time.
The roof is aluminum and held on with small nails.

Too narrow, a paint scraper would be better but might not be strong enough.

you may find it easier to fit new gutter rail for a neater job

I think it's near impossible to refit the gutter rail once it's been prized off the roof. It it very soft and gets too distorted.

Use a wide flat bladed scredriver to prize the gutter off. It is firstly fitted to the roof with small copper nails and then bent over them to give a neat finish. Use pliers to get the nails out, they will be buried under the paint. Delicate job - take your time over it as you don't want to dent the aluminium roof itself.

It can be reused if removed carefully, the car needs repainting anyway.
I assume new gutter comes in a straight piece so you need to redo the corner too.
