Hi

Looking good..

Are you going to fit internal or external sill strengtheners or none at all as I think all convertibles had these? Or have you doubled up the step sill.

Doubled the step sills the first one on was very thick and welded good so just put a new one on the top.
When you start asking everybody does it a different way i would think they all work

Hard to make out from your picture but there should be a thread in the end of the torsion bar.
The stud that fits in it is the same as the trunnion pin.

When it fell in bits the eye bolt came off and on the end nearist the torsion bar there was the eye bolt with the pin and a big metal cap/cup with the nut holding the cap/cup onto the eye bolt i take it the cap/cup is a press fit i hope
