The morris minor restoration manual is quite a good book to get..it has a lot of helpful pictures in! I'm in the same boat... i have to replace all my wood too before it collapses on me :P

Just published and available from Club Spares is Ray Newell's new book about the Traveller, this contains four chapters on the timber. All the parts catalogues have diagrams showing the timber sections. Also see Minor Matters earlier this this year. If you have only just joined then contact the Derby office and ask for a back copy.

Good diagram here. http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/Shop/ViewP ... exID=17121
Make sure all the steel is good before worrying about the timber......
