LT prob?

Changed rack last night and shorted horn out, sorted that this eve but engine won't start and was running so sweetly 2 days ago.

Pump ok and plugs wet. Dist points clean and set at 15 thou. Test light lights up on pos and neg side of coil BUT won't go out when turning engine over. So could the short burn the coil out and/or the condenser?

It's never the coil........ Must be to do with how the points are installed........

Correct it wasn't the coil - however it was a break in the wire from the coil to the distributor, never had that before. Thanks, John
