Saw this car and wondered how much they are worth?

I have joined and posted on here today for the first time for some advice, I have always wanted a Minor and have been looking on Ebay and on here, and have seen this car advertised on both sites. It looks good on the pictures, but was wondering if anybody had seen it at all? The seller says he will go lower than the advertised price, but I can't easily get up to see it at the moment, so any knowledge of the car would be appreciated. It is on Ebay: 370661924676
